If your appliance is in excellent working condition, it may be taken as a donation by local charitable organizations. We would recommend contacting charities in your local area for more information. There may also be repair workshops for small appliances and/or tools is your area. As of January 1, 2025 electrical appliances and power tools can be recycled through the Return-It Electronics program. Small appliances can be dropped off for free at Return-It electronics recycling depot locations across the Province. There are over 400 small appliances covered under the program.
