My organization or company generates a lot of batteries on a regular basis. What can I do to recycle them?

Warning message

Some recycling and solid waste facilities are temporarily closed, operating with reduced hours, or accepting a limited range of materials – please call ahead. Consider delaying your visit to facilities unless absolutely necessary by storing dry recyclables and other items at home temporarily.

Call2Recycle depots can only accept residential volumes of alkaline and rechargeable batteries. If you generate larger volumes on a regular basis, you can order a collection box directly from Call2Recycle. Shipping and recycling fees are covered at no cost to you. Contact Call2Recycle directly for more information. For more information, call the BC Recycling Hotline at 604-732-9253 or 1-800-667-4321.
